RYAN HAS MAINTAINED A DAILY ASHTANGA PRACTICE FOR THE LAST 13 YEARS ALONGSIDE A RELENTLESS EXPLORATION OF ITS PHILOSOPHY. HE HAS BEEN FORTUNATE TO STUDY IN AUSTRALIA, INDIA, THAILAND, BALI AND ONLINE WITH SOME OF ASHTANGA’S MOST RESPECTED TEACHERS. HE BEGAN TEACHING THIS METHOD 8 YEARS AGO AND NOW HOLDS 8 CLASSES 6 DAYS PER WEEK.
